Position title : GM/Plant Head - Bikaner (135 MW)
Number of Positions : 01
Location : Bikaner - Site
Qualification : Graduate Engg - Mechnical/Electrical with PG in Administration
Work Experience : 15 to 27 years
Reporting to : Director - O & M
Responsibilities:

• As SBU Head - total responsibility of Plant Performance
• To monitor and analyze the day to day operational plant performance for economical and efficient performance
• Review and finalize annual physical performance targets and O&M budget for station.
• To ensure that Plant operational activities are in accordance with the technical parameters, Policies / Guidelines / Systems and procedures laid down by the company and complying laws, orders and directives of Central / State Govt
• To review and monitor the performance of O&M Contractor vis-a-vis contract
• To ensure power generation as per the target & analyse variance (if any)
• To ensure implementation of SOPs, SMP and SCPs for safe Operations, Maintenance and Calibrations.
• To work in coordination with contactor to achieve best availability and PLF.
• Manage activities related to preparation of internal and external MoU's on generation targets in association with CEA, Finance and Commercial 
• To maintain stores at site as per company guidelines
• Liaison with specialist teams to develop suitable solutions for key issues/problems observed during the operation of plant
• To coordinate with all wings of the company and to achieve the best performance
• To exercise the powers conferred on Plant Head to the best interests of the Company
• Remuneration : Commensurate with experience and qualification
